1. Scope, parties and instructions / Kapsam, taraflar ve talimatlar
This addendum is intended to form part of the merchant service agreement once the provider identity and outstanding operational details are finalized. Merchant is controller and Dijitmo is processor of merchant-controlled personal data. If the merchant itself acts as processor, it must have its controller's authority. Process only to supply this app, on documented merchant instructions including transfers, unless binding law requires otherwise; notify the merchant of that legal requirement before processing unless prohibited. Inform the merchant if an instruction appears to violate applicable data-protection law.
Bu ek, sağlayıcı kimliği ve açık operasyon ayrıntıları kesinleştirildiğinde satıcı hizmet sözleşmesinin parçası olmak üzere hazırlanmıştır. Satıcı veri sorumlusu, Dijitmo satıcının kontrolündeki kişisel veriler bakımından veri işleyendir. Satıcı veri işleyense kendi veri sorumlusundan yetki almalıdır. İşleme, bağlayıcı kanun aksi gerektirmedikçe aktarımlar dahil belgelenmiş satıcı talimatıyla bu hizmet için yapılır; kanuni zorunluluk yasak olmadıkça önceden bildirilir. Bir talimatın veri koruma hukukunu ihlal ettiği düşünülürse satıcı bilgilendirilir.
2. Processing annex / İşleme eki
Tags a customer's first qualifying Shopify order according to the merchant's enabled automation settings. Duration: installation/service term and the limited return/deletion period. Nature: authorized access, read, evaluation, storage and the writes described here. Data subjects: merchant staff/account contacts and, only where this app requires them, the merchant's customers. Categories: Order and customer identifiers, customer order history/count, existing tags and order event data are evaluated. The app writes the selected order tag; it does not need customer email, phone or address for this purpose. Shop-linked automation settings and activity counters; pseudonymous order/customer hashes and processing timestamps for duplicate-event protection. Hashes remain personal data where linkable; they are not anonymous. Account/session fields are described in /privacy. Special-category data is not intentionally requested.
Satıcının etkin otomasyon ayarlarına göre müşterinin uygun ilk Shopify siparişini etiketler. Süre: kurulum/hizmet ilişkisi ve sınırlı iade/silme süreci. Nitelik: yetkili erişim, okuma, değerlendirme, saklama ve burada belirtilen yazma işlemleri. İlgili kişiler: satıcı çalışanları/hesap irtibatları ve yalnızca bu uygulama gerektirdiğinde satıcının müşterileri. Kategoriler: Sipariş ve müşteri kimlikleri, müşteri sipariş geçmişi/sayısı, mevcut etiketler ve sipariş olay verileri değerlendirilir. Seçilen sipariş etiketi yazılır; bu amaç için müşteri e-posta, telefon veya adresi gerekmez. Mağazaya bağlı otomasyon ayarları ve işlem sayaçları; yinelenen olayları önlemek için takma adlı sipariş/müşteri özetleri ve işlem zamanları. İlişkilendirilebilen özetler anonim değildir. Hesap/oturum alanları /privacy sayfasındadır. Özel nitelikli veri bilerek istenmez.
3. Confidentiality and security / Gizlilik ve güvenlik
Authorized personnel are subject to confidentiality obligations and need-to-know access. The operator confirms encrypted servers and backups, HTTPS transport, strong staff passwords, access logging, separate test/production data and an incident-response procedure. Administrative server access is restricted to authorized VPN users; public app endpoints remain accessible over HTTPS. Controls include least privilege, verified webhook authentication and minimizing logged personal data. Security measures are reviewed against the processing risk; no third-party certification is claimed.
Yetkili personel gizlilik yükümlülüğü ve bilmesi gerekenle sınırlı erişime tabidir. İşletmeci sunucu/yedek şifrelemesini, HTTPS aktarımını, güçlü çalışan parolalarını, erişim günlüklerini, test/üretim ayrımını ve olay müdahale prosedürünü doğrulamıştır. Sunucu yönetimi yalnızca yetkili VPN kullanıcılarına açıktır; genel uygulama uçları HTTPS ile erişilebilir kalır. En az yetki, doğrulanmış webhook kimlik denetimi ve günlüklerde kişisel veriyi azaltma kontrolleri uygulanır. Önlemler işleme riskine göre gözden geçirilir; üçüncü taraf sertifikası iddia edilmez.
4. Providers and changes / Sağlayıcılar ve değişiklik
The merchant's authorization covers the identified processors on /subprocessors for their stated tasks, once the addendum is effective. Notify merchants in advance of intended addition/replacement, give a reasonable opportunity to object on data-protection grounds, and work to resolve the objection before the new provider processes their data. If no compliant alternative is available, discuss ending the affected service and return/deletion. Impose equivalent data-protection duties by contract and remain responsible for the subprocessor's relevant obligations. Shopify may separately act under the merchant's direct agreement.
Ek yürürlüğe girdiğinde satıcının yetkilendirmesi /subprocessors sayfasındaki veri işleyenleri belirtilen görevlerle kapsar. Ekleme/değiştirme niyeti önceden bildirilir; veri koruma gerekçesiyle makul itiraz fırsatı verilir ve yeni sağlayıcı veriyi işlemeden itirazın çözümü için çalışılır. Uygun alternatif yoksa ilgili hizmetin sona ermesi ve iade/silme görüşülür. Eşdeğer veri koruma yükümlülükleri sözleşmeyle uygulanır; alt işleyenin ilgili yükümlülüklerinden sorumluluk devam eder. Shopify satıcıyla doğrudan sözleşmesi kapsamında ayrıca hareket edebilir.
5. Rights, assessments and incidents / Haklar, değerlendirmeler ve olaylar
Taking account of the processing and available information, assist the merchant with rights requests, security obligations, impact assessments and prior consultation where required. Forward customer requests to the merchant unless legally required to answer independently. Notify the merchant without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal-data breach, giving available nature, affected categories, likely consequences and containment/remediation details in stages if necessary. Preserve relevant evidence, cooperate and avoid notifying customers on the merchant's behalf without instructions unless law requires it.
İşlemenin niteliği ve eldeki bilgiler dikkate alınarak hak talepleri, güvenlik yükümlülükleri, etki değerlendirmesi ve gerektiğinde ön istişarede satıcıya yardımcı olunur. Bağımsız yanıt kanunen gerekmiyorsa müşteri başvurusu satıcıya yönlendirilir. Kişisel veri ihlalinden haberdar olununca gecikmeksizin satıcıya; olay niteliği, etkilenen kategoriler, olası sonuçlar ve sınırlama/giderim bilgileri mevcut oldukça, gerekirse aşamalı bildirilir. Kanıt korunur, işbirliği yapılır; hukuk zorunlu tutmadıkça talimatsız olarak satıcı adına müşteriye bildirim yapılmaz.
6. Return, deletion and backup / İade, silme ve yedek
At the end of service, at the merchant's choice return or delete processor-held personal data and delete existing copies unless law requires storage. Use an authorized request before uninstall if a return/export is required; delivery is secured after authority checks. Existing Shopify order tags are not automatically removed by uninstalling the app. Shopify-controlled data follows the merchant's Shopify controls. Isolated backups expire on the confirmed schedule and must not be restored into routine use without reapplying deletion instructions. Legal holds are limited to the relevant records and duty; inform the merchant where permitted. Retention schedule: Pending operator confirmation / İşletmeci onayı bekleniyor.
Hizmet sonunda, kanunen saklama gerekmedikçe satıcının tercihine göre veri işleyenin elindeki kişisel veri iade veya silinir ve mevcut kopyalar kaldırılır. İade/dışa aktarma gerekiyorsa kaldırmadan önce yetkili başvuru yapılmalıdır; yetki doğrulandıktan sonra güvenli teslim sağlanır. Uygulamayı kaldırmak mevcut Shopify sipariş etiketlerini kendiliğinden kaldırmaz. Shopify kontrolündeki veri satıcının Shopify kontrollerine tabidir. Ayrılmış yedekler onaylı plana göre sona erer; silme talimatı tekrar uygulanmadan normal kullanıma geri yüklenmez. Hukuki muhafaza yalnız ilgili kayıt ve yükümlülükle sınırlıdır; izin varsa satıcı bilgilendirilir. Saklama planı: Pending operator confirmation / İşletmeci onayı bekleniyor.
7. Evidence, audits and transfer safeguards / Kanıt, denetim ve aktarım güvenceleri
Provide information reasonably needed to demonstrate the processor obligations and allow/contribute to audits and inspections by the merchant or its mandated independent auditor. Coordinate scope and timing proportionately while preserving statutory audit rights, confidentiality and other customers' security; urgent incidents may require expedited review. International transfers require an applicable lawful mechanism and any necessary supplementary safeguards before processing. Publishing this page alone does not execute standard contractual clauses. Veri işleyen yükümlülüklerini göstermek için makul gerekli bilgiler sağlanır; satıcı veya görevlendirdiği bağımsız denetçinin denetim ve incelemelerine izin verilir, katkıda bulunulur. Kapsam ve zaman ölçülü koordine edilir; kanuni denetim hakları, gizlilik ve diğer müşterilerin güvenliği korunur; acil olay hızlandırılmış inceleme gerektirebilir. Uluslararası aktarımdan önce geçerli hukuki araç ve gerekli ek güvenceler bulunmalıdır. Sayfanın yayımlanması tek başına standart sözleşme imzalamaz.
